1. Services
1000445932 Ontario Inc. provides custom software & apps — including mobile and web applications, cloud infrastructure, and related engineering services — for clients in Newmarketand around the world. Scope, pricing, and timelines for any engagement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job; any change will be communicated and approved by you before additional work is performed.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and check. Late balances may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.
4. Quality & Deliverables
We warrant that the software we deliver will conform to the agreed specification for thirty (30) days after acceptance, during which we will fix defects at no charge. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. This warranty does not cover issues caused by modifications made by anyone other than our team, or by environments outside our control.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled arrival window. Emergency service dispatched at your request is non-refundable once the technician is en route.
6. Access & Cooperation
You agree to provide timely access to the systems, repositories, data, and personnel reasonably required to perform the work, and to designate a point of contact for decisions and feedback. We may reschedule milestones if access or required input is delayed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and code — is owned by 1000445932 Ontario Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
9. Dispute Resolution
We want you to be delighted with your engagement. If something isn't right, please contact us first so we can make it right. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, with venue in Toronto, Ontario.
